How to wash my clothes

5. Select the Correct Water Temperature – Cold Water: Generally recommended for most clothes to prevent shrinking and color fading. – Warm Water: Suitable for items that need a bit more cleaning power (e.g., towels, heavily soiled items). – Hot Water: Use sparingly, mainly for items that need deep cleaning or for disinfecting (e.g., bed linens, socks).

How do I log in to my account?
When you open the website, you’ll find the My Account icon on the top right corner. Enter your username and password then click on Log In.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
To create a new password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail then press Submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.
How do I place an order?
1) Visit https://www.mantoman.store and browse our collections for men.
2) If you’ve found an item you like, select the size, color, and quantity, then click ADD TO CART.
3) Continue shopping and add all the items you’d like.
4) Once complete, click on the top-right corner of the page to view your shopping bag, double-check your order, then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
5) Checkout as guest, sign in, or create an account.
6) Enter your contact and address details, followed by a secure, private page to select payment method and enter your payment details.
7) Once done, just click on COMPLETE ORDER and we’ll start packing it up for you! Happy shopping!
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications. Simply visit the product page, select your size and color, press on the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button, then enter your contact details. You’ll then receive an e-mail once it’s re-stocked.
How do I find an order I placed?
Visit My Account and you will be able to see a list of your previous orders.
When will I receive my refund?
Card refunds take 5-7 working days.
Can I return multiple orders at the same time?
No, items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
